Refund Terms
1.1. A full refund (100% minus payment processing fees) will be issued for services canceled at least 24 hours prior to departure, except for *MINIBUS services.
1.2. A 50% refund will be issued for non-MINIBUS services canceled at least 12 hours prior to departure, except where otherwise stated.
1.3. The Company commits to refunding the User in full if the transfer is canceled by the Carrier or due to service issues.
1.4. Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to Contact us. Requests made via messenger or phone will not be accepted.
1.5. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take 5 to 10 working days to complete.
1.6. *MINIBUS cancellation policy:
A full refund (100% minus payment processing fees) will be issued for MINIBUS services canceled at least 48 hours prior to departure.
A 50% refund will be issued for MINIBUS services canceled between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure.
No refund will be issued for MINIBUS services canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
Waiting Time
2.1. The first hour of waiting is free of charge. We will do our best to ensure that even in the event of a long delay, our driver will wait for your arrival.
2.2. Waiting time at hotels or other non-airport locations: The first 15 minutes of waiting are free of charge.
2.2. After the first hour, an hourly rental fee will be applied for additional waiting time as follows:
• ECONOMY and ECONOMY PLUS: 20 EUR
• MINIVAN: 25 EUR
• BUSINESS: 25 EUR
• PREMIUM: 30 EUR
Cash Payments & Advance Payment
3.1. In case the User selects cash payment as the payment method, the Company reserves the right to request an advance payment or partial prepayment in order to confirm the booking.
3.2. The amount and method of such advance payment will be communicated to the User prior to final booking confirmation.
3.3. Failure to complete the requested advance payment may result in the booking being canceled or not confirmed.
3.4. Any advance payment made is subject to the applicable Refund Terms outlined in this Agreement.
Additional Charges
4.1. The price shown in the booking confirmation includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, toll roads, meet-and-greet service, and door-to-door transportation.
4.2. Paid tunnels between Italy and Switzerland or between Italy and France are not included in the quoted price.
4.3. If the selected route requires the use of paid tunnels, the User agrees to pay the additional tunnel fees, which may be charged separately or requested prior to or during the service.
4.4. The Company will inform the User in advance whenever possible if paid tunnels are required for the selected transfer route.
