Refund Terms
1.1. A full refund (100%) will be issued for services canceled at least 24 hours prior to departure.
1.2. A 50% refund will be issued for services canceled at least 12 hours prior to departure, except for vans and minivans.
1.3. The Company commits to refunding the User if the transfer is canceled by the Carrier or due to service issues.
1.4. Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to . Requests made via messenger or phone will not be accepted.
1.5. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take 5 to 10 working days to complete.
Waiting Time
2.1. The first hour of waiting is free of charge. We will do our best to ensure that even in the event of a long delay, our driver will wait for your arrival.
2.2. After the first hour, an hourly rental fee of 20 EUR will be applied for additional waiting time.
