Refund Terms
1.1. A full refund (100%) will be issued for services canceled at least 48 hours prior to departure.
1.2. A 50% refund will be issued for services canceled at least 24 hours prior to departure, except for buses and minivans with capacities ranging from 16 to 55 passengers.
1.3. The Company commits to refunding the User if the transfer is canceled by the Carrier or due to service issues.
1.4. Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@transferme24.com. Requests made via messenger or phone will not be accepted.
1.5. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take 5 to 10 working days to complete.

Waiting Time
2.1. The first hour of waiting is free of charge.
2.2. After the first hour, an hourly rental fee will be applied for additional waiting time.
