Good to Know Before You Travel
Where will I meet the driver?
Your confirmation email will include detailed meeting point information. At the airport, the driver will meet you in the arrivals lounge holding a sign with your name.
Is the price shown all-inclusive?
Yes, the price covers the vehicle, driver, fuel, toll roads, meet-and-greet service, and door-to-door transportation. Paid tunnels between Italy and Switzerland or between Italy and France are not included if required for the selected route.
How do I pay for my transfer? Can I pay in advance?
Payment is flexible — you can either pay securely online during booking or select cash payment. In some cases, we may request an advance payment or partial prepayment to confirm a cash booking.
My plans have changed, can I cancel my booking?
Yes. A full refund, minus payment processing fees, is available for non-MINIBUS services canceled at least 24 hours before departure, and a 50% refund is available if canceled at least 12 hours before departure. See our terms and conditions for full details.
Can I book a child seat with your taxi service?
Yes, we offer child seats FREE OF CHARGE. Just add the required seat type during checkout.
My flight has been delayed, what should I do?
No need to worry — our service includes flight tracking. Your driver will adjust the pick-up time according to your updated arrival. The first hour of waiting at the airport is free of charge.
Where will my driver drop me off?
Our service is fully door-to-door, meaning your driver will take you directly to the address specified in your booking.
